Sr. Financial Analyst

Position Overview:  

The Sr. FP&A Analyst is a highly visible and key role within the newly structured FP&A team. This individual will focus on developing advanced pricing models, analyzing data tapes and managing liquidity metrics to provide strategic financial insights. Reporting to the FP&A Manager and collaborating closely with other stakeholders, this role requires a proactive approach to financial analysis, scenario modeling and decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:  

  • Data Tape Analysis: Analyze and interpret large-scale data tapes to identify trends, risks and opportunities impacting financial performance and liquidity. 
  • Pricing Model Development: Build and maintain detailed pricing models to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives. 
  • Liquidity Management: Monitor and manage liquidity metrics, providing actionable insights to ensure financial stability and flexibility. 
  • Scenario Modeling: Develop and evaluate financial scenarios to assess risks, opportunities and strategic options. 
  • KPI and Metrics Reporting: Create and maintain consolidated KPI and liquidity metrics reporting, analyzing trends and variances to organizational goals. 
  • Large Data Set Management: Manage large sets of data effectively and efficiently without the need for coding expertise. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions and provide decision support. 
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, modeling accuracy and analytical capabilities. 
  • Decision Support: Support senior management with timely and accurate information for effective decision-making. 
  • Board and Lender Materials: Assist in preparing board and lender materials. 
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the dynamic needs of the treasury and cash management team. 


Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. An MBA and/or CFA is a strong plus. 
  • Minimum 4-6 years of progressive, well-rounded financial analysis experience. 
  • Investment banking or PE experience with exposure to digital infrastructure, communications infrastructure or wireless telecom industry is a plus. 
  • Experience with a recurring revenue business model desired. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques. 
  • Experience with financial systems and tools, such as MS Dynamics 365 F&O, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms.
